Sonisphere Festival Nine Inch Nails, Anthrax, Airbourne and Killing Joke have been confirmed for the Metallica-headlined inaugural Sonisphere festival, set to take place on August 1-2 at the legendary Knebworth Park, United Kingdom.
The festival billing is shaping up as follows (in alphabetical order):

Anthrax guitarist Scott Ian commented: "We are really excited to be making our only U.k. appearance at Sonisphere. We've been anticipating our return to the Uk and we are honored to be a part of this amazing lineup. It's also going to be Dan Nelson's [vocals] first U.k. gig and what better way to show him off than on this show?!
