เข้าใจว่า King Crimson เป็นวงดนตรีวงหนึ่งที่ออกทัวร์บ่อยมาก โดยเฉพาะในยุครุ่งเรือง ดังนั้นจึงมีวัตถุดิบจำนวนมากที่วงได้กั๊กเอาไว้ไม่ยอมนำมาออกจำหน่ายเป็นทางการ พอมาระยะหลังในยุคดิจิตอลจึงค่อย ๆ นำวัตถุดิบเหล่านี้มาทยอยออกวางจำหน่าย ซึ่งก็นับว่ามองการณ์ไกลและหากินได้ยาวดีครับ
